AT&T moves Arroyo to consumer biz, names Chow CEO of business division

AT&T is making a few more tweaks to its leadership team. Thaddeus Arroyo, previously the CEO of AT&T Business, will now be CEO of AT&T’s Consumer Business, and Anne Chow, previously the president of national business at AT&T Business, was promoted to CEO of AT&T’s Business Division.
