AT&T realigns public-sector executive roles in wake of front-office departures

AT&T expanded the roles of two public-sector executives after losing two key leaders in the last few weeks. The carrier added to the roles of Mike Leff, who serves as the vice president of defense, and Chris Smith, vice president of strategy, operations and technology in the public division.
