FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr talks 5G, small cell regulations and national security

FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr is in charge of streamlining the rules around small cell deployments, part of the agency’s overall push to ensure that the United States can play a lead role in the deployment of 5G network technology.
