‘Hallelujah,’ says FCC's O’Rielly, as CBRS auction rules move to comment phase

In a proceeding that’s been years in the making, the FCC today voted to issue a public notice seeking comment on procedures to be used for the auction of Priority Access Licenses (PALs) in a portion of the 3.5 GHz Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) band. The auction is scheduled to start June 25, 2020.
