Part of FCC order says ‘no’ to mobile industry trade groups, sticks with sharing in 37 GHz band

There’s something for everyone to love and hate in the FCC’s new 75-page document that discusses plans for millimeter wave spectrum bands. The report, which the commission will consider at its next open meeting in June, includes plans for everything but the kitchen sink.
