Southern Linc seeks OK to conduct CBRS experiments in Alabama

As Citizens Broadband Radio Services (CBRS) inches ever closer to commercial deployment, Southern Linc is asking the FCC for permission to conduct technical trials to evaluate the performance of 3.5 GHz CBRS spectrum to support critical electric and gas utility communications applications.
