T-Mobile deploys Ericsson data analytics to measure voice quality, detect VoLTE issues
BARCELONA, Spain—Ericsson’s first of what it hopes to be many deployments of its Ericsson Expert Analytics (EEA) solution in North America is with T-Mobile, which is using it to gain insights into how its customers are experiencing a range of services. Those services include VoLTE, video calling over LTE (ViLTE), rich communication services and mobile broadband.
