Nokia confident December 3GPP deadline will be met for nonstandalone 5G NR

Nokia is confident that the industry will be able to meet its self-imposed December 2017 deadline to complete the nonstandalone implementation of 5G New Radio, even though a massive amount of work needs to be completed to make that happen.
