- Monthly Bill Reviews – WBG delivers “Monthly Bill Reviews” to our business partners, providing details impacting the spend and highlighting outlier usage that may need to be addressed. Monthly meetings/calls are requested, but not required, to discuss our findings and to also examine current company objectives relative to wireless.
- Cost Center Reporting – WBG offers basic “Cost Center Reports” as part of our monthly reviews and more complex, detailed Cost Center Reports if requested, including individual employee usage, etc. In short, Cost Center Reports are generated based on our customers’ needs, plain and simple.
- Cellular Billing Reports – “Cellular Billing Reports” provide individual stakeholders/managers a granular look at their departmental expense at the line level (i.e. usage and expense). Delivered to the stakeholder’s email, account cleanup regularly comes out of these Reports.
- Zero Use Reports – Department level “Zero Use Reports” help provide insight into wasteful spending by identifying numbers with “0” usage over the prior month(s). These reports, emailed to department stakeholders, are typically delivered on a quarterly basis.
